Delivery

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 in the USA, using USPS. If your cart is less than $75 to somewhere in the US, the charge is $4.95.

And for our Canadian friends, it's a $15 flat rate.

Yes, we sure do.

Be patient as everything is a little slower than normal with #COVID. USA orders tend to take up to a week. We send from Texas, so the closer you are to us, then expect it to be sooner than later.

International orders are taking around 10-14 days, more remote places are up to 3 weeks.

Possibly. Be aware that duties and taxes are outside of our control and varies in cost from country to country. In most cases, our products will be well under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. If you're concerned, we recommend getting in touch with your local post or customs office so you're not surprised if there's any unexpected shipping charges at your end.

Please email us immediately → with the subject title "CHANGE OF ADDRESS". Include your order number, and the new address. We will do our best to intercept it.

Returns

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please shoot us a note and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

Exchanges are always free and returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to us → that includes your order number, the condition of your bag, and reason for return. We'll get back to you with instructions.

Yes, you can. We recommend a hand wash or delicate cycle in the washing machine and hang dry only. It should only take about 2-10 minutes to dry, depending on your climate conditions.

We’ve partnered with an independent women's sewing cooperative in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, on the border of El Paso, TX. They're currently sewing all of Black Square Mesh bags and Carry-All bags. Cutting and sewing takes place at a family owned factory in Ciudad Juárez, as well. The Element bags were made in El Paso, TX or Los Angeles, CA.

Our new signature Bio-Knit took us on a two-year search to find the right partners, materials, and process to create Bio-Knit. Today, all June’s yarn and fabric is made in the US to reduce our supply chain distance and our carbon footprint. Our Mesh fabric since 2019 (Tangerine, Slate, Bronze and Red Coral Mesh) are sourced from the eastern seaboard of the US. Our first Mesh fabrics were sourced from a factory in Turkey. The Black Square Mesh was designed by Junes and made in China. The Element Everyday Tote in vegan leather comes from the LA fashion district.

Yes! We are in a handful of stores around the country. Visit our stockists → page for more information.

We recommend folding your Junes up so it can be thrown into your purse or fit into a pocket. Detailed folding instructions can be found here. Most bags can be compacted to fit into the pockets as well.
