We have partnered with an independent women's sewing cooperative in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, on the border of El Paso, TX. They are currently sewing all of the Black Square Mesh and Mexicana bags. Cutting takes place at a factory in Los Angeles, CA or in Ciudad Juarez. The Original Mesh in Color and The Hombre are made in Los Angeles, CA. The Element bags were made by a small factory in El Paso, TX.
The Color Mesh colors were selected by Junes based on fashion trends of the last couple of years and the fabrics were sourced from a factory in Turkey. The Black Square Mesh was designed by Junes and made in China.
Yes, we are in a handful of stores around the country and in our first Whole Foods in El Paso. Please our Stockist page for more information.
We recommend folding your Junes up so it can be thrown into your purse or fit into a pocket. Detailed folding instructions can be found here. All bags can be compacted to fit into the pockets as well.
